Cosme M. Beccar Varela

Mr Beccar Varela is a lawyer with extensive experience advicing companies such as ABB, Alstom Power, Vetco Gray Oil & Gas, Siemens Building Technologies, Stora Enso papermills, American Express credit card, Railroad Development Corporation and Tiphook containers company. He started his mining practice as representative of Placer Dome in Argentina in the late 80's and early 90's. In that capacity he participated in the "Bajo del Durazno" and "Cerro Atajo" projects in the province of Catamarca. He joined the Board of Directors of Alphamin Resources in 1997.

Carl G. Verley, BSc, PGeo

Mr. Verley has conducted exploration programs in a variety of environments including: polymetallic massive sulphides, porphyry systems, chimney and manto gold-silver-copper-lead-zinc deposits, carbonate-hosted lead-zinc deposits, tin and tungsten, a variety of gold situations, and more recently, diamonds in kimberlite. He was a part of the team that discovered the Silvertip silver-lead-zinc deposit in northern BC and the Logan zinc-silver-tin deposit in Yukon, as well as a number of other significant prospects in northern BC, Yukon and NWT. More recently, he was part of the discovery team that found Mountain Province Diamond Inc's 5034 diamondiferous kimberlite in the NWT. Mr Verley is a director of Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. and African Metals Corporation, both publically traded TSX listed corporations. Mr. Verley is also president of Amerlin Exploration Services Ltd., a company providing management and consulting services to the mineral exploration sector.
